Our Process

We work with you to determine the precise need for your event or organization. GGI drafts a plan which includes process maps, container locations, who is responsible for what and staff training as needed.

For Events

GGI meets with the client to review the venue, drop and pick up locations, expected guest count, menu, staffing and other vendors. From the requirements and constraints, we formulate a detailed plan. All details are reviewed and approved prior to execution.

Business Intelligence (BI)

Metrics are gathered throughout the event. When the event is completed, a detailed statistics report is compiled and provided to the client. The information provided can be used to make informed business decisions.
